Welcome to Matthew
The long-awaited King has come.
The waiting is over. The story of Jesus begins.
Matthew opens by connecting Jesus to the story that has gone before — to Abraham, David and the promises God has been unfolding throughout Scripture.
From His birth and baptism through His teaching, miracles, parables, death and resurrection, Matthew reveals Jesus as the promised Messiah and King. Again and again, we discover that God’s promises were not forgotten. They were leading here.
However you choose to explore Matthew, take your time. Come and meet the promised King and discover the Kingdom He came to bring.
